This product is made by metal channel brush strip sliding into aluminum holder. Strip brush is from our advanced brush making machine and be cut to a certain length. Filament materials are custom made to your application. Metal channel materials are galvanized steel or stainless steel. Aluminum holder is from our cooperated aluminum producer and made by extrusion process. There are 3 main types of aluminum holder: H profile, F profile and T profile. Color of aluminum holder can be any by anodic oxidation process.
